Oasis Welcomes New Senior Vice President of Operations

West Palm Beach, FL – Oasis Outsourcing, the nation’s largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), announced that Kathleen Rainey has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Operations. In this newly created position, Rainey will be responsible for the company’s Payroll Operations, Information Technology and Client Service functions.

Before joining Oasis Outsourcing, Rainey most recently served as Director of the Information Systems Division of Wal-Mart in Bentonville, Arkansas, where she had direct responsibility for one of the largest payroll systems in the world. Prior to Wal-Mart, she had a series of management positions in the insurance industry with Unum Life Insurance Company of America and with Unum Provident subsequent to the merger of those companies.
