Oasis Outsourcing developed a successful relationship with a publicly traded NYSE insurance company, providing comprehensive human resources solutions for its administrative support staff. The Challenge

A publicly traded NYSE insurance company was looking to cut costs in order to improve shareholder value. Outsourcing the human resources function of its large administrative support staff was a viable way for the company to achieve its goals. In addition, the company’s workforce was located in hundreds of sales offices throughout the country. With these challenges in mind, the company was seeking an established human resources outsourcing firm capable of handling HR-related responsibilities—including compliance issues—for approximately 1,000 of its administrative support staff located in various states with unique employment-related laws and regulations.

Oasis provides human resources services to approximately 1,000 administrative support employees for the insurance company on a national basis.
